I’ve had two appointments at this ultrasound clinic, and both experiences were absolutely excellent. Each appointment started right on time, which I truly appreciated. From the initial booking to the confirmation process and the actual procedures, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. Got an appointment for an ultrasound for the following week. Still waiting for the other imaging place to even call me with an appointment, and will probably have to wait at least another month for that phone call. X-ray at the other place would have required a 3 hour wait. Here, you can either do a walk in or make an appointment. Even as a walk in, I was in and out quickly. It is a clean facility with pleasant staff.
Was given a referral for an ultrasound April 22nd and called Clear medical to book an appointment but was told I’d be put on a waiting list (still haven’t received a call for it as of May 26th), but luckily I called Jackson park imaging to see what their wait times were and got in on the 23rd of March. The staff were very patient, kind, and explained everything step by step.
Month and half ago. I was given appointment for ultrasound for prostate for April 30 2025 @ 3:45 pm I was there well before time. The lady on reception (older one) kept searching on her computer and denied my appointment. And gave my appointment to someone else. On Friday April 25, Jackson imaging called and reminded me about appointment and preparing for ultrasound test. How come front desk show favortism. I am suffering from prostate and have lots pain. Very bad experience, I left more than 4 messages and at least 1 email and then finally had to send a strong voice mail to receive a call back. They just said, clear imaging was on strike and we must have called you but you missed it and this is the first time we are receiving this message. Highly unprofessional and honestly they are just lying. Because I checked spam and my voicemail and nothing ever showed up, not even a missed call.
