I've used Jackson Park Imaging twice now and was frankly surprised by the number of negative reviews for this place. Maybe I'm just lucky? A bit of background is needed. I usually use Clear for my scans because 1) my doctor issues the order on a form from Clear, so for the longest time, I assumed I had to use them; 2) there is a Clear location fairly close to my home; and 3) except around the time when they began their strike, they were easy to deal with, had reasonable waits for appointments, and did a good job. its imaging clinic, operation hours on Google til 6pm, the printout I get from the walk in clinic in the same building said free parking and no appointments needed, come at 4:30pm and the reception said tech went home at 4:15pm? Why bother mark as 6pm….just mark 4:15 so that people know that is the cut off.
I’ve had two appointments at this ultrasound clinic, and both experiences were absolutely excellent. Each appointment started right on time, which I truly appreciated. From the initial booking to the confirmation process and the actual procedures, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. Was given a referral for an ultrasound April 22nd and called Clear medical to book an appointment but was told I’d be put on a waiting list (still haven’t received a call for it as of May 26th), but luckily I called Jackson park imaging to see what their wait times were and got in on the 23rd of March. The staff were very patient, kind, and explained everything step by step.
I had gone to 3 clear imaging facilities that were packed jammed and didn't seem to be moving at all. Had to drive to them cause nobody answers the phone. I called and spoke to a lovely and very helpful receptionist at jackson Park imaging. She took my health card info on my call and started the process for me before I arrived. I literally sat for 3 min before being called in for my x ray. My left wrist swollen , in pain and no mobility. She was a total hero for me. I.
