Jackson Paper Company is one of the more diss organize companies I've ever had the displeasure to work with as a teacher. Not only were they slow in getting my paper order to me at my school, they labeled it incorrectly with the wrong name (so I didn't know it had been delivered for 2 weeks) and did not leave an invoice number with the order. I've tried to call 5 separate times to get the receipt that I need for my school records, but each time I call they don't remember my name or my order because they can't find any of my ... read more
