Horrible… not a care in the world, no desire to investigate. If the patient is reporting health problems, investigate, don’t draw up a conclusion that nothing’s wrong. To add insult to injury, they have private doctors that will bill you separately.

Extremely pleasant everyone from the front desk gentleman to the nurse ,doctor very professional very kind and efficient 😁 and to all of you complainers you must have gone there dragging some bad entitled attitude with you, matey you should try Northshore next time you need medical assistance 🤣

I recently visited the ER at Jackson North Medical Center. Despite the long wait and overcrowding, I received truly outstanding care. A heartfelt thank you to nurse Vanessa, who was kind, professional, and attentive from the moment she saw me. Also, thanks to Rosen Marc Andrew, who welcomed me with compassion, and Dr. David Rose Deegan, who showed rare kindness, listened to me with patience, and quickly ordered the tests and pain relief I needed.
