My brother took my mom there because her blood pressure was extremely high. They left her waiting for 3 hours. When my brother asked how much longer it would take, they told him he could either wait or go somewhere else. This is how much they care about people. If you’re having an emergency, I recommend going to Aventura instead. This place is run by people who clearly don’t care .

Absolutely HORRRIBLE! My mom was checked in at 8:30pm and was sent to the patient waiting room where I sat with her for over 3hours. No staff, no one came in to update her on how much longer the wait is, what we are waiting for, what the next steps are…No doctor, nurse or tech, no one came to say anything! No feedback, nothing! The worst emergency room experience! Will NEVER EVER be going back there! If I could give 0 stars I would…

Hoy día 9 de marzo 2025 tuve que ir a emergencia,el servicio como casi siempre,me pasaron a una sala llena de pacientes,me sacaron sangre y recolectaron orina,fui por dolor abdominal, hasta ahí todo iba bien,a las 4 horas llegó el médico, nada de privacidad,la enfermera inyectaba pacientes delante de todos,la que cobra los billes muy apurada,le dije que a mi casa no me manden billes por que para atender son muy lentos pero para cobrar muy rápidos, el médico muy faltó de experiencia,más bien parecía un enfermero,nada de EMPAT... read more

Yesterday, February 26, 2006, I, a stage 4 cancer patient, was there from 11:00 AM until 9:00 PM, unexpectedly, not even in a third world country. The doctor was incredibly incompetent. Rare. The doctor was a tall young man with graying hair. He had a prominent nose and was very thin.
