I’ve been using the Nissan of Jackson Service Department since 2013, and they’ve earned my trust year after year. The quality of their work is consistently excellent. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond, even for something as simple as an oil change. The service department is great to work with. I have been to Jackson Nissan multiple times and always have a good experience. The manger is friendly and helpful. He explained everything to me in detail.
Took truck in for transmission issues. Although the service advisor did call and explain what they were trying to do, it seemed like things were moving along very slowly. Asked them to preform a transmission service and they did, but they just left it at that! Basically called me and said we don’t get any codes so we don’t know what’s wrong. I mean… a person brings their vehicle to a dealership for repairs because they expect the dealership to “know” how to fix it. Really dissatisfied.
I bought a new 2023 Nissan rogue I had defective tires from the factory I took it in to get it looked at and they replaced all four tires with good tires James and his crew in the service department are absolutely amazing thank you very much James at Jackson Nissan in Jackson Michigan
