I had an older review.. I wanted to know where everyone else that saw him went after he mysteriously just.. disappeared. He was nice, and most of his staff was. I only ever had carpal release done and facet blocks. I wanted surgery but it never happened. I was upset, but I guess I got lucky going by these other reviews. I was hoping I'd get my problem solved.. but I can only have so many nerve blocks, ineffective pills like mobic, PT and sent to a chiropractor. I don't see how any of those things are going to make my bone an... read more

He did both my surgeries and ever since then I have not been the same and still in pain.

Let me begin with the positives. Our appointment was near 10:00 AM and we had the whole place to ourselves. Pain Management had gotten me the appointment quickly and I was grateful. The women at the front desk were civil and the aquarium looked taken care of. The meeting with Dr. Lewis was in the atrium which was lovely. He showed me my MRI and models so I understood the surgery. It was very brief. He performed surgery on me in December of last year. L4/L5 right side and then he left Mississippi and went to Texas before any follow up. That’s patient abandonment. Maybe the hospital in Odessa Texas that he works for doesn’t wind up with lawsuits. He knows what he’s doing but brags about how fast he can perform the surgery. Wish I had known earlier before he did surgery. Also most importantly he usually winds performing more surgeries after the first one.
