In January 2021 I contacted Jackson Metal & Glass to replace windows for a storefront. He received a deposit to purchase materials and start the job in 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and went and no update on the installation date. After getting the run around for over a year. It’s March 2022 and the windows still have been installed. I’m unable to get back the deposit or get in contact with him. Be Careful! I’d suggest looking for services elsewhere
Initially upon meeting Mr. Jackson he was professional and assured me he could install a bathroom shower glass timely and proficiently. He arrived at my house out of our scheduled time frame, took measurements, collected his deposit and we confirmed at date. I did not hear from Mr. Jackson on our confirmed date. After calling him he explained the glass had not arrived due to a delay with the manufacturer.
