My husband had his first appointment last week. We were pleased with every aspect of the visit and the care he recieved as a new patient. The wait time was less than ten minutes. Sydney Franklin and every staff person we dealt with were polite, caring and profesional across the board.
The nurse and the nurse practitioner were very sweet but I told the lady up front that my daughter had either a sprained or broken foot and that we would possibly need x rays. The lady did not however inform me that they do not offer x rays at their office. Which we would have gone to a different urgent care if that had been known. I also had already paid the co pay after her knowing the reason why we were there. Dr Dodd helped me understand how to apply my medical treatment in such a way for me to grasp the proactive application of insulins. This was my initial consultation. He spent a lot of time with me and gave a full diabetic examination. I'm certain my PCP will be delighted with my treatment plan. I have moved twice, and this has been the best Endrocogist I've ever seen.

Charged me 230 dollars to my insurance to fill out 2 pages of Fmla paperwork. After making me become a patient there. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Very scammy.
