I would agree, they have ZERO Customer service... Gary lies and the first time I met him he reminded me of a snake oil salesman... We recently purchased a used boat there, the boat was a great buy. The salesman never even showed us the boat, he gave us the code to the lock, No walk through, no orientation, no follow up nothing... If we had it to do over again, we would have not purchased the boat through Jackson,,, even though the boat was a great buy... Beware boaters the customer service sucks!!!!!! Stephanie is awesome
