I had a great experience here and highly recommend their services. It was incredibly fast to get an appointment; I called yesterday and was able to get in today. I was pretty nervous about getting the Paraguard for the first time, but the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. My nurse, Cat, was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job of easing my anxiety. This is one of the worst places in Jackson but you have to go here to get a little help for your child there rudeness is disgusting. No its not about race because they have different race of people working here. If your job is to help and thats what the state is paying you to do then do your job, y'all workers in Jackson TN make yourselves look bad. When i get through with my complaints you'll be lucky to still have a job. They need people who want to work and care about other and takes their job serious.
