Horrible Customer Service. I placed a small order with Bulb Town, a company that they acquired, I never received the order, I have been calling Jackson Lighting for over Two weeks at different times during the day and all I get is a recording, how in this day and age you have such poor customer service that you are not able to pick up the phone. When finally someone picked up, he took my information, someone was going to call me back. Has not happened yet. This is bad !!!
