I have been calling this office for over a month trying to get the settings and report sent to my PCP. I have left message after message with no return call and no one seems to be able to simply fax a report over to a PCP. However, they do know that they can not send it to the DME provider. This is why Louisiana continues to rank at the bottom of healthcare quality. Zero ability or concern for coordination or care, patient advocacy, etc. My PCP has called and asked for settings and report multiple times with no response.
