Have totally different experiences before and after purchasing a new vehicle. Have been try to contact whole month to find out the solution but unsuccessful. No call back nothing Even know all JMC are same in Tasmania But if you could, maybe try somewhere else to purchase a new or used vehicle Or from Mainland other than Devonport
Only 1 star because I couldn't rate 0. I wanted to trade my car in on a 2nd hand vehicle and was offered half of what I had paid at JMC just over 2 years ago as a trade in. I was then asked to please bring my car for a mechanical check which I did. The following day the salesman contacted me and said that my cars motor needed replacing and therefore they were going to drop their trade in offer by $12,000. Arriving for first time I was a bit confused by the construction site for the KIA showroom. I was having my Kia serviced and thought the sat nav sent me to an old showroom address I ventured into the adjacent showroom with Ford and Mitsubishi. A fellow helpful directed me to the right location at the other end of the building. The process was straightforward and reasonably clear.
