Dr. Jackson is awesome, but not at this location
I have been a patient for at least 10 years or more.... While visiting California my allergies acted up and I had problems seeing she called in a prescription for me at the local Walmart and I had a follow up visit scheduled when I returned.... I was ready to pay and she waived my fee...... Some people are genuine and want to make sure your OK and she is one of them I always trust her opinion and recommend her service I LOVE HER AND MY EYES DO TOO

I visited Dr. Jackson for the first time since moving here and I was highly impressed with her professionalism and patient care. After having my prescription incorrectly diagnosed by another doctor, Dr. Jackson took the time to sort out their mistake and get me to the best script. My appointment was able to be scheduled quickly and on time. I was very pleased with her and recommend her to anyone seeking a professional and competent OD in Nashville.
Dr Jackson is one of the most caring and conscientious professionals that I have encountered. She tries to see you as quickly as possible when you have a problem or just need an exam. She explains everything well and is very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
