Wish I could leave less than a star. Six years of appointments and never once saw a doctor. Wouldn’t know Dr Jackson if he was sitting next to me. Because it is a geriatric clinic the male nurse(Mark) likes to bully and dismiss patients, having him hang up in the middle of a conversation and telling me he had other people to talk to. If you are looking for your last dingy office with lackadaisical care and service before you pass then welcome to purgatory!

Their hours are so limited, the hours posted on the website were misleading, it said open until 4 but they don’t see patients after 3, don’t answer the phone for 1,5 hours at lunch time, and close at 12 on Friday. I needed to see the doc so took time off work to fill in the new patient packet, then was told they couldn’t schedule me until the next month, after I’d explained to the woman on the phone that I needed an appointment ASAP. The staff are either incompetent or uncaring, or both.

Likelihood of me sending family or friend to this office is slim to none. You call you get a recording to call back and call back and call back. Never once did I see Dr. Jackson always saw a PA and rarely the same one. If they can refer you to a specialist they will, not really sure what they do take care of, but I did ask if you are going to send me to a Specialist for "everything" what do I need you for? I can say without a doubt this is the worst medical facility I have ever been to.

When I first read the reviews I was a little worried. The scheduling is just okay as there hours are limited. I find most of the staff are very friendly. I have not personally seen Dr. Jackson but the rest of their medical staff sure are. They always spend a lot of time with me explaining my condition, lab results and are very caring. I highly recommend giving them a try. I am very happy I did.

If I could give this doctor no stars I would. By far the worst practice I've ever encountered. They are heartless and treat you like you're a bum in the street. Absolutely no care or concern for the patients. Hippocratic oath my butt! There is absolutely no desire to help people and save their lives with every ounce of your being. Should have his licensure taken away. Their bedside manner is awful! Why not just bury me in the grave upon meeting me because they don't try to save you.
