We had a pretty terrible experience with another local jeweler and were recommended by friends to come to Jackson Jewelers to get a brand new ring started. To say our experience was TOP NOTCH is the understatement of the year. Paul helped us from start to finish making sure we got what we originally wanted. The staff was RUDE. I went to get a quote for a simple ring I want to customize. I had explained that I have been looking for quotes and I had different experiences with each one. I’m just wanting to compare my options. I have no problem paying 5k or 10k. I just want to compare prices and options. I came in and immediately felt disregarded and judged. We were in town for the day and I said, “Hey let’s just stop by the jewelry store and see what they have, we don’t have to buy anything today.” We parked and went inside where we were treated with amazing customer service that was very eager to help and let my fiancée try on different rings to see what cut and size she preferred.
