Very professional and polite! From the quote process to the Gentlemen they sent out to do the work to the receptionsit that answers the phones! We will use them again for sure!
Horrible driver, almost merged into me and then flipped me off for honking at him. Hopefully their staff take more care with their installs, and are more courteous to their customers... not a good sign though.

Broke a chain on our overhead door... The young guys came by and got it fixed up right away. Customer service at its finest. The two men were very polite and well mannered and got the job done so quickly. Thank you, you are always our first and only call.
100% would recommend! Needed a spring replaced and, as this was my first time dealing with this, found Jackson & James searching for a company. I was looking for a company with history and roots and J&J has this in spades! From quote call, to admin, and service all the staff were wonderful to work with and their 30+ years in the biz is clearly evident in all they do. Big shout out to my tech Mike for explaning everything and answering all my questions. I know who I'm calling next time I need any garage door work done.
