Broke a chain on our overhead door... The young guys came by and got it fixed up right away. Customer service at its finest. The two men were very polite and well mannered and got the job done so quickly. Thank you, you are always our first and only call.
100% would recommend! Needed a spring replaced and, as this was my first time dealing with this, found Jackson & James searching for a company. I was looking for a company with history and roots and J&J has this in spades! From quote call, to admin, and service all the staff were wonderful to work with and their 30+ years in the biz is clearly evident in all they do. Big shout out to my tech Mike for explaning everything and answering all my questions. I know who I'm calling next time I need any garage door work done.

I called these guys to get a quote on a challenging commercial and then residential job. We had 5 large buildings requiring assessment as they had been ignored for a long time. The owner (!) showed up with a very experienced gentleman. Rather than just tell me I had to spend a fortune they walked through the work needed and explained everything. Jackson and James are just amazing. They replaced a smaller than average custom built new garage door frame and opener for me and the result is awesome. I probably caused them some headaches but they took it all in their stride. From ordering materials(which arrived earlier than the time quoted)to fixing day(all up and running in an afternoon)to even removing the old materials/frame and door etc. Totally professional throughout.
