Working with Jackson Jade was a challenging and disheartening experience to say the least. My intake paperwork was lost for about a month and I was asked to redo much of it due to a technical glitch. The initial assessment and first few appointments were good but oddly, my 21-month old was recommended for 5 days a week of therapy by the team. She was a healthy albeit slightly language delayed. I worked for this company for about 6 months as a Speech Therapist Assistant. During my my time, adequate supervision required by the law as well as entailed by ASHA (American Hearing and Speech Association) were failed to be met. Real time supervision was not provided to me or fellow speech therapists which is not only against the law but is a disservice to patients. Very unprofessional and racist… my wife would state her concerns without ever getting a response, never addresses concerns or even acknowledge them… Fired my wife whilst she was 8 months pregnant for “ doing a session in bed” whilst they know she was on bed rest but rather than appreciating her work ethic , they dismissed her without any proper documentation and whilst owing her for unpaid hours worked, it got to the point where our lawyer is on it now bcuz she has failed to respond to any of my wife’s emails

I was referred to Jackson therapy by my Pediatrician , today we supposed to have an evaluation therapy. I waited for 3-4 weeks for this meeting and I took half day of from my full time job bc the receptionist lady told me this is the first available slot. Anyway I took half day off , waited 4 weeks and coordinated with my clients , boss , work and my son's school. Should have researched co. before booking. Had son evaluated in August and was given the run around for nearly two months afterward with several excuses on why a report was never even created and provided to us nor his referring pediatrician. Calls and emails from both us and his pediatrician have now gone completely unanswered. Waste of time and money.
