My 104 year old mother lives in a 115 year old home and has had a home owners policy from SAFECO through this company for many years. The home has a pea gravel over hot mop roof. Recently, SAFECO sent a letter saying the homeowners policy was being cancelled due to algae, moss, mildew and mold on the roof.
