I was here at this facility. It's a great place!! THE staff David, Rodrigo, German, Pancho were great support, very professional!! Jose the Manager went out of his way to help me!! The nurses Arthur, Ashley, and Gina were extremely helpful and supportive!!The Calolinas, Marisa, were all ears. Vert concerned about my well being listening to my concerns. Was sent here and did a phone assessment, placed on a waitlist for this location and temecula. Assessment and intake went well. After the first day, there were several staff members have given me a snarky/inappropriate attitude when i have been nothing but polite and courteous. I came in here with nothing but clothes on my back and a light suitcase, not even shoes. A family member sent me packages for clothes and necessities and the staff told me i couldn't receive this many packages, despite signing a clause listed in the i... read more

Coming to Jackson house el centro was a difficult step since I was knew sobriety was something I didn’t think I would obtain. However this was the best decision I could have made. The staff truly cared about my well-being and worked around the clock to ensure I was stable and comfortable. The facility was clean, the food was delicious, and the individualized care plan made a significant difference in my treatment. It is a safe haven for those in need of help.
