I have been taking cooking lessons from Andrew Blake. He is very intense and disciplined. He is accurate with all his teachings. He explains his lessons well. He has skills that are second to none. We enjoy the experience of his teaching are family how to cook great food. I have learned a significant amount of cooking knowledge from Andrew.
