Came in to pickup a blanket as a birthday gift. Customer service was pretentious. Wont go back.

Could have easily spent another hour in this store! Saw a jacket I loved so had to come back. They didn’t have my size in stock, but were super helpful in getting me set up with shipping. Super friendly staff with a really great selection!

So much better than on line shopping. The staff knows the products. Thirty years ago that statement would have been unremarkable. I much prefer the input from the knowledgeable staff here than anonymous reviews that might have been fake.

Outstanding customer engagement. Bought a 399 Bear blanket that was in second production. They stayed in contact throughout the process shipped immediately when the blanket was available. Great people. Beautiful blanket Highly Reccomend!!!
