What a horrible experience. The guy who leads the tour will put you asleep. You don't even go inside a real prison. His stories were awful and boring.
Jim was a great tour guide and he clearly loves the stories and information that he shared with us. It was just not what we were expecting and it was very pricey for the experience. There is almost nothing of the old prison remaining besides the structure and the wall. There are no cells and the majority of the building is apartments.
We took a tour of the historic prison. Our tour guide was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions we had. I was very glad to have taken the tour and would recomment it to anyone.
