I am very pleased with the level of service i have been shown since using Jackson Hewitt for three years now. Even though the prices have gone up, i was issued a coupon which brought the final cost down 25%. The woman i first met to hand my information over to, Rebecca, was very sweet and thorough, making sure i had all my items necessary. The man that did my taxes, Eric, was very personable and professional. Excellent experience!

I always go to see Rebecca Fuller. She tells me what I will get back or how much I need to pay and how to improve next year's taxes. The little box office is very easy to find and I think is enough privacy to talk to any tax person. I will return next year.
My tax prepared was very knowledgeable and very respectful. It’s one of the best experience I have every had. I will definitely keep coming to this place.
