My experience was great! Amanda was both friendly and professional, and she went beyond my expectations to assist me with all of my concerns. She was very patient, I might add, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
The worst place to do taxes we went on Thursday and the one who helped us is called Britney, the people who work here are not qualified because the IRS rejected our tax return, it was my first time here and because I work at Walmart and I trusted them, but they did everything wrong they are not professionals luckily I solved it where I always do my income tax, do not come here a disappointment
