Person doing my taxes didn’t do them correctly. Received a call from the company to come back in for a signature. Wasn’t told until after I had signed again that all of my income wasn’t added to the first one. My refund turned into a you owe in less than 24 hours. I had already paid them up front so being upfront with me from the beginning wouldn’t have cost anything. Zero would have been my true score.
