Edna and Stacy was very nice and professional, also was very comfortable with them processing my taxes. They were very friendly and we received good positive vibes from both of them

My experience with (Jackson Hewitt) Mandy, my tax preparer, was just as easy going as it was when my family did my taxes. She was calming, conversational, knowledgeable and quickly efficient. I had appointment at one location but no one showed up for my appointment time. Had to go to another location. The person that did my taxes was very sure about her work.
