I am personally giving Cyrus Chubineh a 5 Star rating. He had gone above and beyond in filing and amendment for my taxes for 2017. He reached out to me after I had initially approached him about an error that the North Tonawanda had done when they originally filed my taxes he found a 5000.00 mistake on there part. I have been doing business with Jackson Hewitt for over 6 years now and I will only let Ms Dianne Hicks do my taxes, she is a great listener and she does her very best on getting you the most. I love her and I give her a 5 Star review each year. See you next year.
I haven't done taxes in about 10 years until two years ago when I was referred to Ms Dianne Hicks and I really thought that I was going to owe the IRS, but come to find out I got a refund, it wasn't much but not oweing is better than anything,Ms Hicks worked with me and she really explained step by step and the process of what she was doing. I will be coming to see her again next year.
