Carol in the Spring Hill, Florida office ( Publix plaza Pinehurst Drive ) was extremely professional, and very pleasant! Will definitely go back to her for filing taxes from now on.

Carol did an amazing job with our taxes. Im self employed and I thought the amount I was paying each year was normal. Carol showed me that I was overpaying by a huge amount. We will be back to hopefully amend our taxes from last year.
