Great customer service. DLE is a true Tax Pro. The process went smoothly.
Took an appointment time and was 3 hours past that. Too expensive to do taxes $500 for simple 1040 taxes. Professional tax reps, and friendly. But will not ever come back! Had the nerve to give a referral coupon to someone I know....not!!! I don't do my friends like that. Would have received $50 for referral, but OH COURSE it will be taxed! What a joke! Mike Biscan
