Awful service, not sure why I went back when they messed up my returns five years ago and treated me like crap until I proved their mistake in failing to submit my electronic routing payment. I fear the same as happened again but I get no help!
Filed my taxes with Jackson Hewitt at Spring Mills Walmart at 10:00 am on Monday 4/14/25. Next day at 9:30 pm I still have not received documents via email as requested. In addition I have not been informed whether or not my returns have, or have not been accepted by the IRS. I would not recommend Jackson Hewitt to anyone.
She was very professional and knew what she was doing. She answered any questions I had. Because of her I will be coming back next year
Edith was a true professional. She made taxes a lot less stressful. I will be looking for her next tax season.
