I had an appointment for 1:00 at one location and apparently someone else also was in front of me and had an appointment at the same time. I stood about 45 minutes waiting for be seen. They only had one person working there. After asking for a seat the representative suggested trying to go to their other location close by. I did and that person was very polite and helpful. However spending $400 to get taxes done was very expensive. Not likely to return.
Jillian Scruggs is extremely professional and exceptional at doing taxes. She has been doing my taxes now for 3 years and every time she has gotten me all my monies back. I highly recommend her!

She took all the time necessary to help me, and I’m very satisfied with how my taxes were prepared.
