Great tax preparater service and did mine last minute.. Eduardo did a great job
I am a long time customer with Jackson Hewitt and this year, they made me pay $179 instead of my usual $69. The entire process took less than 10 minutes. It is absolutely unacceptable and I will not return next year to prepare my taxes. I will also discourage anyone to use Jackson Hewitt and strongly advise them to seek elsewhere. Terrible experience. I will use social media to share my horrendous experience I had with Jackson Hewitt.
