Worst tax office I’ve ever been to. They are completely unprofessional and lie about their fees. Christine asked for my sons social in a room full of other customers. She was rude to my husband as well. When I called to speak with a manager, they never returned my phone calls and we’ve yet to receive a copy of our tax forms.
Filing my taxes this year with Jackson Hewitt was great, she went over everything clearly and it didn’t take a long time. I will recommend this company to anyone.
