I wish I could give this place 0 stars or even negative star rating. Worst experience I've ever had getting my taxes done. The lady at Walmart in kingman AZ who did my taxes had no idea what she was doing. She got to the final step and had gotten my name wrong twice as well as my address. She had to refile it multiple times until she got it right. She stumbled along every single step from start to finish. Honestly I'm worried she even did them correctly.
