The girl that did the return was very good.But I only had a very simple social security return, no deductions and still paid two hundred dollars
My tax preparer Emily was very good. My experience however, with the company was ridiculous. I had a coupon code for first time clients to pay $149 or less that I used when I booked the appointment. At my appointment I told Emily about the code and she wrote it on my paper. Once my taxes were done, however I was told the coupon code wouldn’t work or was expired and ended up owing over $400 more than I was told. Is this lying or stealing??? Both!!!
