This was the worst service I ever had getting my taxes done-- she did not have a clue on what was her job was all about-- I did not get any final payment quote and one part of my wants, she did not know anything about it-- sorry -- I paid $225 for a mess --had to get it straightened out with another firm Joyce Kruse
