Lack of transparency on costs. I spent 45 mins doing the taxes just to leave because of the price should of spent 1st 5 mins on how to file an costs so no ones time is wasted
The lady who helped me was so wonderful (Judy) besides that they charged me $775 to do my taxes,as a widowed single father who counts on every penny this is beyond criminal,I hope Jackson Hewitt can buy some class with my money. I ended up with only 384 dollars after working all year!
