I actually had two employees assist me. I am self employed and work for three different companies. It became very clear very quickly that the young man who was assisting me was very inexperienced. After 2 hours he admitted he was brand new and had never done a return with self employment. He indicated he had finished and I had a return of $3600 coming to me. We still have not received our refund went back to j.h.to ask why and found out we gave the wrong email so the prepaid card that wwr received at the time of filing was not the card that we were supposed to keep to get our money off of?? I'm not understanding and they will not help very poor experience for us
