We schedule an appointment and get there on time. Told it would be just a min, while he help a coworker with something. We waited over 30 mins passed our appointment to get our taxes done and was never apologized to for it. Why have to set appointments just to be ignored for over 30 mins? Why not just accept walk ins? Then act like business as usual. My time is valuable also.
I couldn't be happier with the with the service or preparer. I would recommend them to everyone. I got a great tax return and peace of mind. Thank you.
