They have no good tax preparers here . The iIRS returned an overpayment of over 500 that I made and they said they said they sent it to Jackson Hewitt instead of my bank Which is not illegal for them to do but Jackson Hewitt would cooperate by returning it back to me . When I call Jackson Hewitt they deny getting it and want to charge me an additional 87 dollars that they say I still owe when they already had charges me over $500 for my file preparation already . We left filling that all our tax information wasn’t put in the system, we will be requesting an audit.
