Very nice and fast
The Pendleton pike location in indianapolis take all my state refund, 713$ without telling me about this amount for the taxe preparer. I am haitian, it's was my first time filling out taxes. she abuses me. i ask her how much i will pay for the taxe, she said that it's depend, and she said the starts to 49$ dollars, after few days ago, i reviewed the papers, and she take 713$ for fees.
The preparer (Joan?) Was helpful. Gave information to my questions .I didn't care much for all charges applied. Guess that's life when you have to pay for help. Thanks, Joyce B.
