The girl was nice and very polite but I came to get my taxes done there because the website says new clients so your taxes for $49 I told her this she called someone from the company said I showed her an ad for $49 off I said no $49 to do my taxes. Then when it was all over she said I may be charged $200 when my return comes in. Yea I'm never ever going with this company again. First and and last time ever.
I'm paying Jackson Hewitt more money than what I'm getting back. I'll go elsewhere next year
