Price to get taxes is high but I love to staff fast and efficient

If I could rate them with zero stars, I would. The person who prepared my taxes was poorly trained and had to call for help in order to finish filling out my federal return. Then they charged me $215 for my federal return, although their website promised $149 for federal returns, no matter how complicated your taxes. (Mine were dead simple, with one W-2 and two interest docs from the bank.)
