They're okay not over the top
Because of a bad experience with a representative in 2017 I stopped using Jackson Hewitt came back this year. The 2023 representative was great. However due to your prices me paying $520.00 for service and get nothing in return sucks. I will no longer use your company here in Las Vegas NV. I will learn to do my own taxes moving forward. I do thank you for the good years of service before 2017, and for the representative in 2023 I believe it's time to say goodbye to you.
Last year, I was charged $138 for my tax preparation. This year, I was charged $437. I was floored! That's a ridiculous increase. My refund is $601 and I will receive very little of it. Very, very disappointed in Jackson-Hewitt. I will use a different company next year.
Way too expensive
