They got me a great refund, but H.R & Bock said I owed money, so I hope they did things correctly. UPDATE OK, so they did make a mistake, and I ended up owing a significant amount. However, their protection plan upsell covered the amount owed and was approved relatively quickly.

They went above and beyond and did an awesome job
I was there to do only my state taxes as I was unable to do them online. I was told the cost would be $55 and they would be able to submit them online. Neither was true. The cost was $110 and I had to either mail it or physically take it down. Perhaps more training would be appropriate so information can be accurately relayed initially.
