My husband scheduled an appointment online and received a phone call from a woman saying they are not available that day, so she rescheduled the appointment for the following week. We received a confirmation email confirming the time and date of the new appointment. My husband just now arrived to an empty office with doors locked and lights off and their phone went straight to voicemail. This business is extremely unprofessional and disorganized.
