Place was clean staff was easy to talk to they made you feel welcome.
Very professional and patient! I came in and was in a rush but her patience and smile made me also calm down and just be patient sonica Jones was very pleasant to work with and this was my first time with her but after today I will definitely be making her my usual to go for taxes!
I would not recommend going to Seneta Chapman if you come here. She is unprofessional. She signed me up for services that o does not all for, told me that I owed the IRS money and needed to call them come to find out that I didn’t owe them when I called. Not only that she called another Jackson Hewitt to talk about me to a tax pro there that I went to before and know.
