Took 5 visits to file and finish my taxes. Twice nobody was at the kiosk. Third time I did not have the documents I wasn’t informed to bring. Finished Arkansas taxes but was only told Colorado taxes were online but not how to access and pay. I would not recommend your services or use you again.
