Very courteous and friendly, two blocks from my house. Taxes were completed and signed in 45 minutes.
Did an amazing job. It made it quick and easy to understand. And was able to answer all my questions I had.
We were stressing trying to find a Jackson Hewitt location that was still open so I called Malvern Ave. It was 45 minutes until close and Karena Otts was already helping someone but she told us we could wait and she would stay past close to get us taken care of. She went above and beyond to file our taxes and stayed long past close, I wish I could give her 10 stars. She was amazing!
