Fast friendly service
Wanted to make sure I was getting the new tax deductions, etc so decided to give Jackson Hewitt a try. The on line price was listed in bold print as $149. My tax prep took all of 10-15 minutes, and that is only because the preparer was interrupted several times. The actual price was $315! I was given a senior discount of $79 dollars, but felt like it was the old bait and switch.
